Will Pierce
Following a 20 year career as a senior executive in the credit management and outsourcing arena I have been primarily involved in the last 10 years working with organisations seeking to create significant and sustained Social Impact.
I am lucky to work with passionate and dedicated people who utterly believe in what they are seeking to achieve.
Key areas of interest include:
Improving healthcare outcomes at an individual and population level
Reducing re-offending rates through education, experience and employment
Creating employment opportunities for ‘hard to reach’ groups
I work with not-for profits, social enterprises, public and privately owned companies, both as a Chairman/ NXD and as an active investor and leader, seeking to create value and adding strength to the management team.

What do I love doing? Solving problems; looking through the details, highlighting what’s important and what needs to be done to achieve change.
What do I bring that’s different? In short, balance and clarity. My background has developed skills in finance and accounting through to marketing and people management.
My nature is to look across all aspects of situations, identify the key issues, balance the practical, social and people aspects in designing and implementing solutions for change.
Kate Everitt
Originally graduating with a degree in Law and German, I spent some time working in accounting, recruitment and lettings before stepping up to raise four kids.
Since returning to work I have gained experience in offshore finance across a number of areas and have developed skills in administration and management, as well as compliance with various continuing obligations.
My passion is delivering on actions and ensuring timelines are met. You can rely on me to get things done.
